Information for Patients and Visitors

Appointments:

Arranging an appointment at the hospital depends on which clinic you are visiting.

Please look at the clinics and services list and note how appointments are made. NHS appointments are generally made through your GP. More clinic appointments can now be made through 'Choose and Book'. Your GP makes the appointment directly through the internet, and you can monitor the progress. Independent clinics are booked through the hospital. If in doubt, or you are having difficulties, please ring us.

On arrival at the hospital, please use the main entrance and report to reception. You will be shown to the appropriate waiting area.

Reception

Visiting:

We are always pleased to meet members of the public, show them around the facilities and discuss plans for the future. We have regular open days when health and social care organisions give a 'showcase' of their activities. Alternatively, please contact hospital reception on 01328 711996 to discuss a visit.
