Bank nurses for Mermaid Centre renal dialysis unit

The Mermaid Centre is our haemodialysis unit which opened in 2011. The majority of its patients are holidaymakers but it serves local people as well.

Dementia hub volunteers wanted

We are planing to launch a dementia hub at the hospital. We are looking for volunteers to help get the project off the ground.

We are particularly to meet anyone who has had experience of creating dementia friendly gardens, ex-carers who would like to be mentors and people who can run or help organise theraputic activity sessions.

The project also needs a volunteer administrator who can work with our CEO. Good organisational skills are essential. Interested? email barry.dennis@wellshospital.org.uk
